Burger seasoning (purchased or your recipe)
3/4 tsp.
Pita bread, naan or flatbread

Butter
as needed
Shredded lettuce
1/2 cup
Tomato slices

Yellow onion slices

Cheddar cheese slice

Bacon strips, cooked

Barbecue sauce, heated
1 oz.
1. Apply seasoning to each side of burger patty; cook on flat-top grill to desired temperature. Warm bread on lightly buttered flat-top, 25 seconds per side. 2. Place lettuce across top half of bread; add tomatoes, then place 2 onion slices atop tomatoes. 3. Ladle hot barbecue sauce on top of onions, then melt Cheddar cheese over burger. Place bacon on top of cheese in “X” pattern. 4. Cut burger in half and place halves side by side in bread. Fold and serve.
